Former MLB star Darin Ruf has filed a lawsuit against the Cincinnati Reds over a career-ending knee injury he suffered at the Great American Ball Park. Ruf damaged his knee crashing into a tarp roller near first base during a game for the Milwaukee Brewers in June 2023. He was initially placed on the 60-day injured list but has not played an MLB game since.
