Halloween is a really fun excuse to pretend to be someone or something else while also showing off how cute or scary you are. You can also be the center of attention. But when you add a cute dog to the mix, not only will you definitely have a good day, but anyone who happens to see you and your pup will, too.
In this video, we meet a cheerful Corgi-Chow mix who proudly models her Halloween costume for the year, and she does so with so much excitement that she can barely contain herself. Her bouncy prances make the outfit choice even more charming, and she’s clearly very ready to celebrate spooky season. Are you ready for the cuteness overload? Take a look!
On October 19, @realhoneythefox shared a video of Honey, an adorable Corgi-Chow doggy who’s more than ready to show off her Halloween costume to rock this year. Not only is the costume adorable, but the way she’s so excited to model it to everyone is ridiculously cute.
Honey is heading out for a walk around the neighborhood to get in her exercise steps for the day, which she already loves. But this day, she’s not just a regular cute doggy; she’s a buzzy bee, and you can tell she feels very bonita.
The moment her parent says it’s time to walk, she doesn’t hesitate and starts her bouncing prances and wagging her tail at full speed, as she looks left and right to see all the people admiring her sweet Halloween costume.

How To Choose a Safe Halloween Costume for Your Dog
Honey looks like she was made to be a honey bee, and she’s a great example of how much fun this season can be when you have your best friend to share it with. If you’re planning to go out for Halloween and want your pup to dress up, too, here are a few expert suggestions for choosing a costume that’s not just fun but also safe.
According to the American Kennel Club, choosing a simple costume for your pup is likely the safer option, with the less-is-more philosophy. Choose a costume that’s nontoxic, has no choking hazards, and fits well without being too small or too large. Prioritize comfort so they can walk, rest, see, hear, and breathe without interference from the costume.
The club also notes that you shouldn’t leave your pup unsupervised while they’re in costume, and remember to take lots of photos!
